A newly constructed 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath private
home in the Corpus Cristi area of Cozumel Island.
New to the vacation rental market, the location is excellent and the
house is a large home furnished with a modern touch
and subdued but rich colors of beige, brown and black.

There is a private swimming pool, a patio area
with lounge chairs and a covered area with Adirondack chairs, a small
garden plus
an outdoor shower and dive rinse tank. |

There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathroom. The
half-bath is downstairs off the living/dining area. There is one
bedroom downstairs with 2 twin beds that can be pushed together to
make a king size bed.
Upstairs, there are 3 more bedrooms and each of
these bedrooms also have a private bath. The 2 twin beds in the
upstairs bedroom can also be pushed together to made 1 king bed.
One bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed and private bath while the
largest bedroom has a king size bed and the bath has a jacuzzi
tub.

There is a privacy wall around the property and
inside the front gate is an area with greenery. As you enter this home
you'll love the open feeling. To the left is the stairway to the
second floor and to the right, the kitchen. The kitchen features dark
granite counter tops and beautiful cabinets. The bar area between the
kitchen and the dining area has seats for more informal times and the
dining table seats 8.
Take a step down from the dining area into the
living area with it's leather furniture and a flat panel
TV.
There is cable and internet service. |

palapa roofed area with seating and a gas grill with a sink and a
counter area for food preparation |

At this time (the summer of 2010) there is a bit more decorating
to do (more paintings and wall decorations plus curtains in some rooms) but
this is a beautiful, large new home in
the prestige Corpus Cristi residential area of Cozumel. It is on Ave. 10
between Calle 19 and Calle 21.
