of this luxurious private villa.

The sandy beach directly in front of the villas is peaceful and the tranquil, shallow waters are teeming with marine life of all kinds. You'll be delighted with the superb snorkeling and shore diving right in front of your vacation home.

This 4,500 square foot home was meticulously designed and furnished for the utmost comfort and convenience.

The expansive living/dining area has glass sections of wall with sliding glass doors that face the large terrace and overlook the pool and front garden and have an ocean view. Outside on the terrace is a stone table with iron chairs, plus a grouping with leather chairs and a wooden coffee table.

There are 2 flatscreen TVs downstairs with a 32 inch in the downstairs master bedroom and a 42 inch in the living area. There are 3 TVs upstairs. The upstairs living area has cable and the 2 oceanfront bedrooms with TVs have DVD players. There is free internet service...bring your laptop.

Upstairs, there is a small living area with a sofa bed and a home entertainment center.

All 4 of the bedrooms have large balconies with ocean views. There are 2 king sized beds, 2 queen sized beds and a pull out double size sleeper sofa in the upstairs living area to sleep a maximum of 10 guests.

On the large terrace that faces the ocean, there is a stone table and iron chairs. This overlooks the ceramic tiled, fresh water swimming pool with a fountain that has a shallow sunbathing level and then a series of stepping stones over a "water curtain" between the two areas of the pool. Around the pool are lounge chairs for relaxing and sunning. From the large terrace or pool you can gaze over to a beautiful view of the ocean.
