with cable, wireless internet service, dining table and kitchenette with stove top burners, microwave, blender, toaster and small refrigerator. The sofa in the living area can be converted to 2 twin beds. The ceramic tile bath has a shower. |

| Guests have use of the rooftop terrace with a gas
grill, a small dining table, hammock and there is a seating area
under cover. From the rooftop you can see the spires of Corpus Cristi
church in one direction and if you took toward the ocean you can often
see cruise ships. Looking down from the balcony off the living area is the lush front garden. |

All sheets, towels and even beach towels are provided, and
maid service is once or twice a week as needed.
There is now wireless internet service included.
This property is in a very convenient location in the residential area called
Corpus Cristi. It's on Calle 15 (recently renamed Xel-Ha)
about 3 1/2 blocks from the main waterfront street. You are within walking
distance of the downtown main square,
near the largest grocery store on the island (Chedraui) and about a mile from a
public beach (Playa Caletita)
This property is non-smoking, with smoking only on the rooftop terrace.
