The second floor terrace has a palapa covered area for shade.


The spacious patio and pool area overlooks the crystal clear waters of the Mexican Caribbean. 
You can snorkel or dive right off the shore, and you are just a 3-5 minute boat ride to Santa Rosa wall, Punta Tunich and Yucab reef dive sites. There's a rinse tank and drying area for dive/snorkel equipment

There's a fresh water swimming pool with poolside furniture, a hammock and a fresh water outdoor shower. 
Tropical landscaping surrounds the house and pool area, and you'll enjoy the outdoor BBQ grill. 

 



You can walk down to the ocean and  the bottom is sandy after you enter, but wear water sport shoes or old sneakers as the steps down to the ocean are rocky.
