A 4 bedroom oceanfront villa with a
sandy beach area, private swimming pool and even a private lagoon.
As seen from the road, Las Iguanas is a lovely home,
but you will be really impressed when you enter the property and
see the oceanfront area and the beautiful lagoon.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms. The
two bedrooms on the second level each have a king size bed and a
panoramic view of the ocean. On the ground floor is a
bedroom with a queen size bed. All three of these bedrooms
have a private bath. Also on the ground floor is a small bedroom
with a bunk bed that has a double size bed on the bottom and a
twin size bed on top. This 4th bedroom has a 3/4 bath. |

This villa is air conditioned, there is a
full kitchen, a pass through from the kitchen to the dining area,
a living area with TV, cable and a DVD player (region 1
only). There is a phone, DSL internet access and a
programmable safe/

The private oceanfront area will delight you
with it's man made sandy beach, covered patio, private swimming
pool (a salt water pool) and the
steps leading down to your own lagoon. There is a bench built into
the coral, a small bridge and an "underwater tunnel"
with access to the crystal clear waters of the Mexican Caribbean
for snorkeling. |
