As you enter Villa
Loyd you are actually on the second level of the house which includes
the main living area, kitchen and dining area. The photos above
show Villa Loyd as seen from the street, and a view of Villa Loyd from
the sandy area on the oceanfront side.
When you enter the villa,
straight ahead is the living area
with sliding glass doors leading to an oceanfront terrace and to the
left
is the dining area and kitchen.

is the view from the oceanfront terrace.
From
the main living area go upstairs to the top floor where there are two
bedrooms, and the ocean views from these bedrooms are also
magnificent.
Two of the bathrooms are upstairs while
one of the bathrooms is on the lower level
The lower level of the
house has a bedroom with 2 double beds and a game room with a bar, seating
are and TV.
. Sliding glass doors
from the lower level lead to a patio where there is an outdoor table and
chairs, a grill and a man-made sandy
beach area with a palapa. You have a stunning ocean view
and are only steps away from the outdoor shower and the steps leading to
the ocean.
