For groups of up to 15 people, here's an oceanfront villa north of town with 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths.

Often available for rent as a 3, 4, 5 or 6 bedroom

As you enter the villa at street level there is one bedroom just to the left that has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top.  Descend the stairs and you reach a small garden area to the right of the front door to the main part of the villa. 

Villa Princesa is air conditioned, has cable TV, a DVD player, phone for local calls. 

Bedding in the main section of the villa includes 2 king beds and 2 queen size beds. 

The casita is attached to the main villa and includes 
2 double beds downstairs and a 
king size bed upstairs

NOTE:  Smoking outside only please, at least 20 feet from the villa
