north of town with 7
bedrooms and 6.5 baths.

As you enter the villa at street level there is one bedroom just to the left
that has
a double bed. Descend the
stairs and you
reach the main door of the villa, and there is a small garden area to the right of the front door.

Bedding in the main section of the villa includes 2
king beds and 2 queen size beds. |

The casita is attached to the main villa and includes
2 double beds
downstairs

*IMPORTANT:
In addition to the rental and
14% local fees, guests will be charged for the amount of
electricity they use.
A $300 deposit for electrical use is required as well as a $300
security deposit.
The cost of electricity used during your stay will be deducted
from the deposits.
The
meter will be read the day of arrival and then again on the day of
departure. The amount due will be deducted from the deposit. If
there is damage to the property there will also may be a deduction
from your deposit. You will be issued a refund check for the
balance within thirty days of departure.
To minimize your electrical usage, awareness of how often you use
the a/c, leave lights on and the TV on but unattended, will
determine how high your cost will be. Minimal use will lower the
cost, but the cost of electricity on Cozumel is on average, about
3 times more than the cost of electricity in the U.S.
