Right on the ocean yet in the middle of town,
this wonderful new condo is in a building that offers guests a large,
comfortable oceanfront area with swimming pools and lounge chairs around
the pool, access to the ocean for swimming and snorkeling, a pier for
dive boat pick up, tables, chairs and umbrellas and two sandy beach
areas with palapas.
Looking down from the oceanfront terrace
of Villa Rosita, you see the marvelous oceanfront area that is for the
private use of guests at this building.
You will enjoy
the time you spend your private oceanfront terrace. Dine on
the terrace, take a siesta in a lounge chair or enjoy the sunset as you
relax in your jacuzzi.
The living room
faces the oceanfront terrace and there are sliding glass doors so you
can enjoy a view of the Mexican Caribbean. From the dining area you also
have a view of the terrace and ocean.
There
are 2 bedrooms, and each have a king size bed and a private bath.
There is a TV in each bedroom as well as one in the living area. One
bedroom does have an ocean view.
The
kitchen is complete with full size appliances, dishes, cookware, etc.
and there is purified water in the taps. The baths area beautiful, and
both have hair dryers.
