Villa Sueños de Mar is a
beautiful luxury beach area villa
meticulously designed to take full advantage of a beautiful view of
the Mexican Caribbean.
From the lovely contemporary architecture and the spacious living areas to the imported furnishings
and the gracious comfort, this 4600+ square foot villa is a
delight.
This villa is across a 2 lane road from the ocean and one lot back,
but uniquely designed so that there are incredible ocean and sunset views
from all living areas, 4 of the 5 bedrooms and from the second level pool and
terrace and of course from the roof top terrace. The rooftop even includes a palapa covered
bar area and an unheated jacuzzi large enough for 8 people.
Every piece of furniture was designed by the architect especially for
the villa and was custom built in
Merida, Yucatan. The large kitchen and serving area is a cook's dream.
Spacious granite counter tops imported from Brazil, top of the line stainless appliances, and cabinets imported from the US will please the most discriminating cook, and the large dining table comfortably seats 10.
Other amenities you'll enjoy at Villa Sueños de Mar include a fresh water infinity pool,
free internet access,
color TV with satellite, DVD player and integrated stereo systems for the living area,
the pool and rooftop areas. The pressurized water system is purified by an
ultraviolet system and there is a water softener. The entire
villa is air conditioned with individual controls in different rooms
plus ceiling fans throughout. There is space for 4 vehicles in the
covered area parking garage, and this remarkable villa even a backup generator.
Each of the spacious 5 bedrooms have their own private entrance and
private bath. There is one bedroom and private bath on the ground
floor level and it's a bit removed from the rest of the villa. It
offers guests more privacy but it does not have an ocean view.
An outdoor curved stairway from the ground level takes you to the
second level of the villa where there is a swimming pool, patio area
and the entrance to the rest of the villa. On this second level is the
living/dining area, kitchen and 1 bedroom and bath. The
additional 3 bedrooms are on the third level. Each of these bedrooms
has it's own private entrance from the outside terrace on the third level.
Just 40 yards away across a 2 lane road is the Mexican Caribbean for
great snorkeling or shore diving. There are 2 restaurants/bars
within walking distance, a very convenient one only a couple of doors
away and a trip to town is only 10-12 minutes away by car or taxi. |
