It's hard to imagine how stunning and panoramic the ocean view is, but these photos taken from the
condo's private covered terrace and the living area may give you some idea.
From the comfortable L-shaped sofa in the living area you can watch TV or enjoy the ocean view.
With the open floor plan, even if you're in the kitchen preparing a snack or
mixing margaritas you can enjoy the view and the company.

All 3 bedrooms have a king size beds, each one has a private bath and there is a TV in every bedroom.
One bedroom faces the oceanfront terrace. The other 2 bedrooms are set away from the main part of the condo,
and each of these bedrooms has a mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. One bedroom has a small balcony that overlooks the city, and from one small balcony in the other you can see the pool and the ocean.

Villa Tranquilidad is unusual, as it is a combination of a one bedroom condo and the two studios
and although they do have adjoining doors these bedrooms have more privacy.

The oceanfront area with the swimming pools, spa and sandy beach areas are for the private use of guests of these condo units.

The condominium building is non-smoking. No smoking is allowed either inside the condo or on the terrace.
