Casa Tropical is on the 4th floor of the new El Cantil Condominium
building on the main waterfront street in Cozumel, between Calle 13 and
Calle 15. Step
from the living area to your large oceanfront terrace. See the sandy
area with palapas, a lagoon entry to the ocean and a pier for dive boat
pick up. You'll marvel at the stunning turquoise waters of the Mexican
Caribbean to the left of you....
in
front of you....and to the right of you.
From
the terrace you can see the El Cantil condo's beautiful level
fresh water swimming pools and salt water spa.
The
living area has sliding glass doors to the oceanfront terrace with it's
breathtaking view of the Mexican Caribbean.
The dining area is bright and spacious.
The
entry area is highlighted with stunning underwater photos taken just off
Cozumel.
The entertainment center has a color TV, DVD, VCR and CD player plus
there's a selection of books and videos.
A desk is provided for your laptop and there is a wireless DSL internet
connection.
Fully
equipped, the kitchen features all modern appliances including a
dishwasher and there is purified water.
The separate wet bar at Casa Tropical even includes a wine cooler.
Two
of the 3 bedrooms have king size beds and an ocean view while the 3rd bedroom has
2 large windows and can be prepared either as 2 twins or changed to one king size bed if you prefer.
Each bedroom has it's own private bath and there is a half bath of the
main living/dining area.
The
master suite has a king size bed, ocean view and sliding glass doors to
the spacious oceanfront terrace.
Downstairs you'll find the private
oceanfront area for El Cantil guests very inviting. A beautiful pool,
children's pool and salt water spa, comfortable lounge chairs, tables
and chairs and little palapas in the sand for shade.

Reservations that include children under 6 years old may be accepted on a case
by case basis.
