bedrooms are master suites with private baths. Each bedroom has a comfortable king size
bed with box springs and special cushioning for additional comfort.

The back bedroom suite upstairs off the living/ dining area has a custom made
quilted bedspread on the king sized bed and coordinating curtains. By request, this bed can be converted to 2 twin beds.

| The other master suite upstairs has a king bed with a
custom made bedspread and matching curtains. This bedroom and private
bath are just off the upstairs screened porch. |

The back bedroom downstairs
has a geometric patterned spread and there is a large window and a sliding glass
door that looks out to the
patio and pool area. |

In the large front master suite downstairs, pastels of
mauve and pale turquoise are in the bedspread and the matching curtains that cover the sliding glass door.
There's a seating area with a chair and futon sofa. One
of the king size beds downstairs can be changed to 2 twins if requested
in advance.

BEDDING FLEXIBILITY: The standard set up is 4 king size beds,
but if requested in advance, one king bed upstairs and one downstairs can be changed to 2 twins.
The futon can be made into a double bed and if even more separate bedding is
required we can provide 1 or 2 comfortable, single size fold-away beds with a sturdy steel
frame and 8
inch thick foam mattress. With so much flexibility, Villas Topaz will comfortably accommodate
groups of 6-11 guests .
